    In early spring, people experienced short warms and realized the coming spring.   

    Since the mobilization meeting of receiving social supervision held on December 31 last year, BMPSB launched 2012 Plan on Receiving Public Supervision to continue implement this measure. The plan involves following measures.
   
    To reflect people’s wills. Should carry forward “People’s will is prior”, reduce criminals, disasters, people’s damages and people’s complaints, be responsible on information, contradiction handling, online patrol and control, as well as manner of polices; find out problems, questions and shortcomings through society and people, obtain wide supports from people for construction of the “First level police affairs” and fulfil the security task of the 18th National Congress of the Party. 
 
    To meet people’s livelihood. Should Base on police affairs open, promote case register open, provide online feedback, further information open, collect people’s wills through visit, solving problems, evaluating, finding problems, selecting models, work summary and holding meetings. Timely handle “110”complaints and reply the report of official website, practice frequent visit and investigation, develop police manners and people’s livelihood through deepening supervision. 

    Evaluation – Should introduce instant evaluation at service window in each police station; rely on professional institute on survey of people’s satisfactory to evaluate police’s performance, connect the implementing of social supervision, mass work and results with police leaders and staff’s awarding and promotion, timely handle the complaints concerning police leaders and staff, strengthen investigating and realize people are true evaluators on security work.

    A leader of Discipline Inspection Commission of BMPSB indicated: this year will strengthen coordination and supervision. Collect people’s wills from all-round, find out potential and exiting problems in law enforcement and service, improve police manner, combine people’s supervision with internal announcement, criticism and handling, actively find, correct and remove problems, as well as realize “Guiding, improving and evaluating the supervision basing on people’s wills”.
