    Since this year, some people claimed they have been cheated by suspects of SIM card copy suppliers.
   
    Mr. Zhang got a message on his cell phone at January 4, 2012 at about 8:00 am providing a service of copying other people’s SIM card. Zhang wanted to copy his wife’s phone card, so, he replied the message and sent total 14,700 yuan in four times to the account provided by the cheater. Later Zhang found he was scammed.
   
    Tips: Many people received messages concerning SIM card copy service. All of them are fraud upon investigation. It is illegal to copy other people’s cell phone card. This kind of fraud is new. People should strictly prevent such criminal.
