    Fu Zhenghua, member of standing committee of CPC Beijing Committee and director of BMPSB visited Yang Shaochuan’s home in Yongshan community, Fengtai District in February 23 afternoon.    

    Yang Shaochuan and his wife are retired teachers. Yang became a member of Advice Offering Team in his community in 2007. Since then, he actively takes part in activities of the team and created the “Song of Advice Offering Team”, which contributed social security.    

    Fu Zhenghua asked about Yang’s life and health and his work at the team, sent him a CD of Award Conference of “Most Lovely Police in Beijing”, and also showed thanks to his contributions to social security. Yang said he is confidence of his community work and sung the “Song of Advice of Offering Team”.   

    Fu indicated: community security is very important. We must rely on people and encourage people’s involvement. Yongshan community created the first “Advice Offering Team”of Beijing and contributed social security. He also stressed, police should always put people on the top, serve the people heart and soul. Security sector will continue to adhere to “people’s will is prior”, pay attentions on people’s assessments, work hard to solve people’s problems and jointly promote security work with people.
