    BMPSB held a vowing ceremony for new polices in February 18, am, the day is also the 63rd anniversary of the founding of Public Security Bureau of Beiping Municipal Government. Fu Zhenghua, member of Standing Committee of CPC Beijing Committee and director of BMPSB and other relevant leaders attended. More than 700 new police staff vowed at the ceremony, including police, civilians and police associations.
   
    On the ceremony, polices held national flags and stepped powerfully and orderly into the place. When the police bank played the national anthem, whole polices followed to sing. Guided by Cao Zhigang, the winner of “Most Lovely Police of Beijing”, new polices made vows under the national flag. A new police representative gave a speech at the meeting and showed their determination of carrying out glorious tradition. Relevant leaders also spoke at the meeting to welcome the new blood and show great hopes.
   
    Fu Zhenghua gave an important commend. He reviewed the history of security work, called new polices to always remember their vows under the national flag, carry out the glorious tradition, insist on faiths, promote the key concept of “loyalty, serving the people, justice and honestness”, practice “patriot, creation, involvement and virtue”, as well as advancing bravely and forging ahead on security mission to contribute the development of the capital Beijing.
